It has been a hot minute since the first one of these was done. However, with the recent increase in both player and police activity, along with the new police whitelist being implemented, I believe it is time for another look into our policing statistics. These statistics are across 90~ incidents that I have personally attended whilst on-duty in the Monoford Police Department.

Looking at pre-August versus post-August whitelist & policy changes, I have discovered the following;
There was a 6.3% arrest rate increase (over death-by-cop, shooting), indicating officers are less trigger-happy.
A relevant 4.22% officer casualty decrease, despite gun usage keeping consistent.
LEO's are still outnumbered in 25.64% of callouts.
35% of all callouts result in suspect death, Officer shooting; versus 43% of criminal calls resulting in arrest.
In order, the most likely places to encounter any form of crime are; Channel Towers, Hospital, Port-of-Boxer, Jewellery Store, and Hardware.
In order, the most likely place to encounter VIOLENT crimes are; Powerplant, Hospital, Bank, Hardware, Drawbridge.
A citizen of Monoford is most likely to be a direct, actual player, victim of a crime (in order) at; Hospital, Channel Towers, Drawbridge, Bank parking, and the M.P.D. Parking Lot. Additionally, 42% of all police responses were to player victims, as opposed to "NPC" victims, institute victims (such as the "owner" of Channel Towers #34, Bank/Jewellery, or Port-of-Boxer lots), or victimless crimes.

Sorting by relevancy, approximately 42% of >relevant< incidents resulted in by-stander/civilian death. This is compared to a 30% officer casualty rate.
29.4% of >relevant< incidents were marked as Gang affiliated.
64% of scenes involved the use of, discovery, brandishing, confiscation, and so forth, of an illegal firearm, of any class (including legal, but unauthorized ownership by an unlicensed individual).
19% of homicide discoveries were investigated beyond scene security. This is up from the abysmal 3% previously.
One in Twenty (1:20) scenes result in an officer's demotion. This is 'up' from the previous 1 in 32.
17.95% of scenes utilized a spikestrip, road-block, checkpoint, etc. This is down from the previous 19%.
