Thank you so much! What should I do if I encounter another freeze in an RP situation? Just let it do its thing?

Well yeah, I understand that, but my screen froze, my only option was either sit there while my screen was frozen, or shut it off. This freezing thing happens often. If I'm still in the wrong, what should I have done in the situation?
