I have the packs installed and i put them in my Gmod addons folder aswell, it made no difference

I have everything i can have downloaded, but i still have errors and it says i am missing 3 content packs, [SW] Generic State Police Skin Pack, Advanced Duplicator, and Security Guard Pack. When i try to find these packs i cant find anything and i am left clueless, any assistance would be...
