hey doom, sorry to hear this however this is something for the refund req section. But I can tell you already that without any evidence there's not much I can do for you. @Natural had the same issue and has provided evidence for it or else he wouldnt be provided one either.
I have not watched the video yet as I'm in the lecture hall, but there has to be some sort evidence that you had a license beforehand. Yes the glitch is known but not many suffer from it.
No your friend has to make a refund request brah. But ill compensate u with only 1 set then and ur workbench when I'm home. Or some other SA will do it.

I suppose, I do think 5 days is a bit excessive as you are quite a new player. Driving isn't so easy on the game so it can be easily misinterpreted as intentional. After all it's up to @Justin The Ungrateful to react to your request. I'm guessing this was results from a player report.
Unfortunately I cannot refund you for this, I know the server has crashed however you always need to screenshot things. You have made several other refund request and should always know better to screenshot something when you deploy it. Denied.
