For some reason he was unbanned by serverguard, his ban has been reinstated and you are able to make a refund request
This refund request is denied. In order to claim a refund from a situation you feel was a rule break, you must have authorization from a staff member who handled a report related to the issue.
The ban length was a result of prior instances of you breaking the same rule. Although this ban appeal will be accepted, I hope you can learn to follow the rules when raiding, failure to do so will result in a longer ban
