You do not get a refund for things you could have had. This includes muggings. Also this guy looks quite new when you're mugging him, so I feel like a severe ban is not needed. He will be punished though. Thanks for reporting!

Ahyea I think I was the person who claimed your report before the server went down and where you made a long ass report about someone taking your items.
