And how did that strange gtacityrp server get the map? I think the server doesnt belong to monolith really but has 121 players on it

So, I wanted to explore the map a little bit in single player because I don't have any cars to move around quickly, but everytime I try to start the map in singleplayer my game just crashes without any message or anything. Why? Sorry for my bad english.
