@evhn I'd like to consider this appeal but I need to know you that this "beef" with runner is going to end. I know you may have your differences with runner and do not like him, but he is still a player at the end of the day, and while he may do things that annoy you, he isn't following you...

@KuroShukun based on the context of what you described, it's going to be hard to move forward with this without some sort of video evidence. If you cannot provide video evidence, I'll need to deny this.
