I managed to fix it, apparently there were broken addons so I uninstalled all them manually and had to unsubscribe from the addons and let the server install them all.

So I recently re-joined the server and I come in with missing textures, I have downloaded and re-downloaded the monolith modpack, and un-installed and re-installed HL2, CSS, and Gmod. Whenever I join and try to play, I have a checkered purple and black screen on all the HUD and my screen...
