I fail to see how this relates to the report. You don't even know who it was who shot you. 

He should of been. Not sure what this has to do with anything. An officer accidentally shot you in the back with a pistol while aiming for a suspect. 

This guy is breaking rules as soon as the video starts, he jumps in the car as soon as josh unlocks it, which it'self is a rule break, He runs away while cops have guns on him which is breaking FearRP too. I just got back from being AFK and I seen the guy steal the cop car after josh unlocked...
