Relevant Evidence: I don`t really have any evidence but I will just tell you my side of the story, Thank you. So I was in a chase by an abusive cop then he started ramming my car so it blew up, after it blew up I hopped out and stood over my car on purpose so I would die and avoid arrest. After that, I got into an admin sit with @kweezeeee then I told him I`m sorry it won`t happen intentionally again so he gave me warning points and said continue Rp then returned me. So then after I got returned I ran from the cops when they tried to handcuff me and went on the edge of a mountain and tried to surf off of it turns out the mountain was too high and I accidentally died. So if this was a normal ban not on the holidays I wouldn`t be as mad but I really don`t have anything to do and I really don`t want to spend my whole Christmas break without my favorite server Monolith. But after thinking about this situation I should not have done that and should have just taken the jail time. I have learned from my mistake and I'm sorry this will never happen again.
