Blacklist Reason: Not giving a player enough time to put hands up; not compensating for time delay on voice communications.
Unblacklist Reason: In the provided video in the recent report made against me (which had gotten me blacklisted) the player in question that made the report against me had *UNTHINKABLE* Delay. (Also, he was metagaming, but they just ignored that so I guess it isn't relevant.) Even after I shot the guy, I was still saying hands up because on my screen, he was still standing. All I heard from him was a simple "Oh". (It is actually quite unintelligible in the video, but to me, it kind of sinds like he just says "oh".) But like I said, even after he died, I was still saying hands up because of how delayed the damn audio was. (This may have been my end, I was going through a huge storm at the time, not sure if that makes any difference.)
One final thing- He was clearly metagaming to his friend and no one seemed to pay any mind to it, but the other guy that was about to raid us (with the guy shown in this video:
) Had left for a moment, and that is who was heard on the person recordings' audio.
Time of Occurrence: I think it might've been about 2:00 AM Friday
Additional members involved/witnessing: There was a couple of TGU members present, but they hadn't been paying attention at the time.
