Date and time of loss (specify the timezone): Around October of 2021? I was one of the victims of the level loss glitch. Apologies for the broad date.
What happened: Logged on one day, went from player level ~215 to 1

What do you need refunded: My 200 player levels.
Evidence: Can't provide video evidence; it happened last year. However, many admins whom I have talked to acknowledged the player level glitch. I was told to mention PMX in my forums post. Apologies for the lack of evidence and late report; I took a break from mono after losing the levels and receiving no help.

I can confirm around that time player levels did glitch, in this case, I will refund your levels up to 222.

Seeing as I cannot confirm the rest of your statement with evidence, I will make the decision to reasonably accommodate your skill levels as it relates to your player level.
