Unban Reason: Well to start this off, I never was going to kidnap him. I said in the report to spook him. Take his comms and spook him. I never said to kidnap him, put him in the car, bring him to D6 and start water boarding him. He was fallowing us previously. We were going to make him not investigate our operation. I wanted to get him out of the car and ziptie him and take his comms for those 10 minutes so our information/plan would not be leaked. I don't see how I broke the kidnapping in public rule. I never did that. He was full dead right away. I don't see how that is Fail rp. I worded it wrong in the report. As you saw that I said spook after, Take his comms and make him know that we are not to be messed with. We were never going to leave the parking lot. I did say kidnapped but it was worded wrong. I never broke fail rp, as I never did it. I also know that you cannot kidnap in public. I was not going to kidnap him.

Also, when I said to blacklist me from swat commander and officer, I never meant unblacklist me from all jobs. You removed all my blacklists. all of them other than chief and captain. Please make sure I am blacklisted this time.

As I know the rules about kidnapping/mugging in public, I was never going to. It was a communication error. I stopped using kidnapped because it was not fit for the situation. I never had intent to kidnap him/break the fail roleplay rule. It was a misunderstanding. As I never broke the rule itself, I just used the wrong word for it.
