Your evidence to support your claim:
In this video the same player as seen before attempts to intimidate me with a firearm after getting a medical intern to offer to heal me. He then positioned himself behind me and repeatedly said "hands up" in a very fast and hard-to-initially-understand way, while only giving me about two seconds to respond.

Hi @Spartan-117, I will be handling this Player Report. However, from the evidence you've provided it's clear as day that 235th8w didn't give you enough time to respond to the commands given.

As I cannot find his forum account, I will be issuing 235th8w a Verbal Warning for this as he doesn't have prior(all his notes are from 2019). I will also talk to the individual in-game when he is next on the Server and remind him that he needs to give a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for reporting this.
