PART 1 - Origin, Abel Family and WW1
The Juca bakery originated from a Jewish family in 1913, Hallstat, Austria. Patriarch Joque Abel, a man of principle,
had a great skill in the kitchen and diverse food recipes passed from generation to generation. in 1913 Joque opened
his first bakery in a local neighborhood of the city, in a few weeks it was already supplying all the bakery food demand
of its region and its cakes were taken to be sold in other parts of the city of Hallstat. Jucabede Efraim, his 12-year-old son,
had a great admiration for his father and paid attention to everything he did. Your father always taugh his two main
teachings to your child: "Don't forget the importance of your freedom and the inherited dreams" and
"Never, never waste food".
But then WW1 came and the city was immersed in ruins, the bakery was looted and the family, that consisted of father
and son, was very hungry. Jucabede, who before was fed up with delicious foods and delicacies, was now obliged to eat
spoiled meat and dirty bread to survive. At the moment of distribution of the leftover food that the two used to found,
Joque said that he had already eaten something or that he was not hungry, so that more food would be left for his son who,
now feel sorry when he remembered in the large amount of food that he dispensed in the past when there was abundance.

Joque said that he had already eaten something or that he was not hungry, so that more food would be left for his son who,

The war ended and miraculously the two survived, Joque now worked to rebuild his home and Jucabede had learned
his father's second teaching from his own experiences "Never waste a single gram of food".In the late 29s, Joque managed
to reopen the bakery and now it was like never before! It was even recognized by some celebrities and local singers.
Jucabede grew up obeying his father's teaching and honing his cooking skills, but he still didn't understand why
he should inherit the dreams of his ancestors. One day, Joque handed his son some sheets of paper with recipes and
said "This is my inheritance, if you are ever having problems it will help you, i cannot prepare these recipes now,
but one day, i know you ll be able to make them".
PART 2 - WW2, Farewell and the Dream
The year was 1938 and Austria had just been annexed by the Nazis, repression and anti-semitic plans had already
begun, and once again Joque saw his dream be interrupted, having his bakery forced to close just because he
was Jewish. Joque from then on, understood that the situation would get worse, and then he was forced to make
the most difficult decision of his life, ordered Juca to leave him in the country and flee to the American continent.
Juca was reluctant and denied for the next few months. But, the Gestapo discovered his father's plan and arrested
him. Juca fleed the scene, and his father would be executed publicly in a few days. On the day of his execution, Juca
hid in the crowd watching and in tears listened the words that would be kept forever in his heart:
-""You can end my life now but, these things will never be stoped: Inherited will, a man's dream, and the flow of time. As long as man continues to seek out the answer to freedom, these things will never be stopped."" And Joque Abel was executed.

Jucabede being desolate, packed his things and fled to Newark-New Jersey USA hidden in a commercial ship.
The year was 1939 and after 2 months living on the streets and struggling to speak the English language, he got
a job at the port as a box stacker and a house in a slum apartment. 2 years after the end of the war, a chef from
a local restaurant recognized his culinary skills after seeing him making a bean stew using improvised kitchen
equipment for him and his workcolleagues. He became a chef's assistant at a renowned local restaurant. Your
dream of xgfe having his own Bakery was now not so far away. He won the sympathy of the Chef's customers for his
simplicity. After 5 years of hard work, he had already managed to get a better home and a reasonable amount
of money, so he started to buy main bakery equipaments and kept them in his home. 3 years later he left his job
to realize his dream.
In late 1949, Juca rented a commercial place and after 1 month of preparation he opened the first "Juca's Bakery".
After the inauguration he kept reproducing the recipes he had learned as a child in the presence of his father little
by little, he was winning over his first customers. But he couldn't succeed like his father's old bakery. 3 months after
the inauguration he was sunk in debt and almost going bankrupt. That was when he remembered the papers sheets
he had received from his father when he was a teenager and he used to dont care. After reading, he understood that
it was a recipe for Cake and Coconut Cocktails, the recipe was apparently simple but involved so many preparations
and details that his father would'nt beable to reproduce it with those few bakery equipment he had.

FINAL - The bygone days and the Abel's Family Legacy
So Juca, with the necessary equipment tried to reproduce the cake recipe. At first, he thought that he would not beable to prepare such recipes, but when he tried for the first time, everything was executed with mastery, it was as if
he had already made that recipe countless times, the equipment responded perfectly to the dough and ingredients.
And the result was a surreal cake, something that didn't exist in any other bakery, not even in the big bakery franchises.
The few customers from the bakery ate their Cakes and Coconut Cocktails with eyes full of tears, they said that when
eating they remembered their childhood, the times that do not return and their parents. It was an extraordinary success,
Juca needed to hire 4 more employees to supply the demand, and it was inconceivable that a small bakery could
overtake large Newark city bakery franchises.
In 1954, Jucabede married and had two children with Mary Ann, of a Jewish family. He finally understood
the meaning of Joque's last words and his primary teaching. All that time, he had not realized that his father's
dreamhad become his own dream that had been realized. Jucabede continued his life teaching his sons
Jucamais Mesaque and Jambres Sadraque. After decades of existence, "Juca's Bakery" follows on the command
of Jucamais who absorbed the teachings of his father, creating and reproducing recipes with mastery, and
bringing happiness and nostalgia to the lives of your customers with their delicacies. Since the founding
of Juca's Bakery, not a single gram of food has been wasted.
