Reason for Report: giving his friend unfair advantages and closing my reports without even talking to me
Time of Occurrence: 10:20-10:30 pm July 30,2017
Evidence to support your claim: Screenshots of his friend admitting his friend being "cool" with it, then aaron closing my reports without reason (extremely one sided report handling),
his friend asking him for things in OOC than I can only assume is meta,powergaming since there is no reason to be using OOC to ask an admin to find their gun (might have been lost in battle I don't know the story behind this)

me sending my third report and it being denied unjustly again.

The report was about his friend fail rp driving as a cadet 3 times (stealing an officer's car the third time) fail rp by threatening to be a hostage as a cadet as well and in general not following orders. (do have screenshots of him driving I was not recording him doing the other stuff yet it would be dishonest to say he didn't do i)

You were instructed to create a ban report on the player. I spoke sternly with the player and threatened to ban him if I catch him driving improperly. Staff decisions are final, and you can still feel free to report him on the forums. During high ticket volume times, all concerns cannot be expected to be resolved then and there, especially when I am the SOLE staff member present on server 2.

He is not my friend, and I will gladly ban people I catch breaking rules regardless of their friendship to me. No one is excluded from that rule, ever.

By the way, not that it is any of your business, but Frankie asking for help to retrieve his weapon was because his car glitched out and killed him, causing him to drop it under the map.

This situation looks more like you assuming things that are not true. Things like this happen all the time. A player thinks that he is a lot closer to a staff member then they are. From the outside it looks like the staff member is abusing, but it really means the opposite, the staff member is doing exactly what he's supposed to. There is no abuse here.
