Aaron Vandfudley's Roleplay Gang RDM'd Brandon Udinov and then Me.
It is not ethical for moderators such as Aaron to stand back and watch / participate in RDM on this server, especially to the standards Monolith Gaming has.
You can clearly see him to the right participating in the video.

You have followed us to 2 consecutive gun fights shouting at people in the group for "RDM". I am however uncertain how it makes sense for you to file this report against me as I am not the person who killed you.

You can clearly see how you broke FearRP in the video by going into an active gun fight with cops. For this reason I feel we should have taken you aside to warn you for breaking this rule. At this time if you feel it's necessary to report me, then it's important we also identify your own conduct in the video and determine whether you understand the rules well enough personally.

@Operator Ghost following around anyone would technically be harassment and you just look for any reason to report anyone I gave you 3 seconds to leave you didn't leave when you had multiple guns pointed at you and when you went into the mayors office in the elevator you cleary seen dead people and blood but you choose to go anyway and continued to try and run out of fire we were in an active situation that was your fault

Man in the grand scale of things It isn't even your fault this is happening. Whenever mods join a ingame roleplay gang that raids it gets them into all of these situations. This community report is to make sure such moderators can't favor their roleplay gang in game situations over what the rules say. This happens on many servers, and is my specific message to the Server Director/Community Manager

First video is an ongoing raid and you run into gunfire instead of staying in the elevator and going back down. You run straight up to a man holding an AK-47 in the middle of a shootout and complain about getting shot as a result?

Second video shows a man getting executed while already dead. It does not show why he was shot in the first place, so for all I know its a valid shooting.

Only saw that second video just now. The Mayor was being assassinated for failure to comply to demands. There was a sit about it later, and it was deemed to have been valid.
