Relevant Evidence: I go to jail unrestrained and i try to role play i tell the cop to come over and i shoot him 2 or 3 times leaving my self with 1 bullet. the cop automatically calls an admin and doesn't role play. he could have easily arrested me or killed me with his ar-15. admin then comes and tells me i have been banned recently but i haven't lmfao. and then he said i was put on a watch list why you ask? because i "RDMed" someone i tried to mug that didn't do what i asked. i was just put on a watchlist i was never told anything. i know this because the person i "rdmed" came up to me and started laughing and he said i was on some kind of watchlist. anyways i tell the admin its roleplay i smuggled the gun in prison and whatever. the cop then tells me he stripped me down before all of this and this was a lie. i just wanted to roleplay and the kid obviously ruined it.

You were not put in jail unrestrained. You were unrestrained because the cop was giving you food and drink so you wouldnt die. You ruined the roleplay not him. You then proceeded to shoot him several times. Once I had arrived you punched me through the door. In any case it is failRP/powergaming to break yourself out of jail when you were put in yourself. You were also generally very mingey.

Extra info: As for your adding to the watchlist, if you feel you were unfairly added you should've made a staff disciplinary and got it removed. Anyone who is added to the watchlist, is added for a reason and staff use it as a warning/strike system - well I do anyway.

1st- I didn't punch you. it was Ramaan Hassan and he apologized.
2nd- I was brought inside the jail cell unrestrained. i was unrestrained for a good 10 minutes and i also shot the cop through the window. i think you believe that i told the cop to come in give me food unrestrained me so i could shoot him and that didn't happen.
3rd- I didn't receive any food/ and im pretty sure i didn't have food on me. they unrestrained us because i told them last time i was left in the jail cell manually with no timer and the mod/swat dude left me in there for an hour because he went offline. and nobody claimed my report.
4th- I had no intent in breaking out i just wanted to role play and bring some action in this time i had to wait since the cop kept on adding time because i would curse at him which was also role play.
5th- so telling you how i got the gun (by smuggling it) was mingey.

Next Time bring everyone to a roof or something and do an actual sit and talk with everybody. you probably didn't hear me because there was the cop and 2 other kids shooting at each other spamming their mics.

1st- I do believe it was you as you apologies shortly after laughing.
2nd- That wasnt according to the cop and regardless, its common sense, you wouldnt have a gun in a cell no matter what. You cannot jailbreak yourself out either, so I dont know what you gain from shooting him (is RDM also in that case).
3rd- You get unrestrained when you go into the cell as you cannot get out of it anyway, breaking out of the cell would be FailRP. Although I do believe normally you should be restrained in the cell if the auto-jailing system worked.
4th- So you deem it RP to shoot through a door when you are in a cell. Right... And what were you even expecting to get out of shooting the cop? If you werent trying to escape it is RDM.
5th- No you were laughing through your mic and I also quote, "I don't care about getting banned". You cannot smuggle anything into a cell in this gamemode. As soon as you are put in a cell all RP is done unless someone else breaks you out.

I did do an actual adminsit. I heard you just find about you saying you smuggled a gun etc etc. But you cannot. I heard you perfectly and I say again you said, "I dont care about being banned".

No nothing that I said was false. If you were banned before then you clearly haven't learnt your lesson.

I do know what happened. The main factor was that you shot a police officer when you were in jail.

Ban will stay, if you continue to reply when I have concluded a ban appeal, your ban will be extended.
