What happened: I tried to sell my 2011 volvo Because i bought a Mercedes AMG for 135k but it made me sell my Mercedes instead even though i was looking at my volvo i got 68k out of it.

What do you need refunded: 67k so i can buy another one.

Situations like this requires sufficient video evidence. You are usually prompted with a message that states which vehicle you're intending to sell - so you should had been more careful.

We don't issue refunds for something you "could have had". Thus, denied.
