I was in jail and I asked for help like 3-4 times then he just tasered me through a door.

Hello @Henry Rick ,
The second video clearly shows the officer tasing you when you are locked up in your cell without any way to get out therefore not being a threat to the police officers that were down there at the time.

That said the police officer shouldn't have used the taser and will receive 2 warning points for it, in game.
