Ban Reason: Malicious Intent/Activity

Unban Reason: so this was ages ago, we met this medic who just wanted to grow on monolith, we told him what jobs to do and not to do for money, so i decide to give him and gun and ammo as he was so broke on the game, but when people give new players guns, you just think about are they going to use it in the right way, raids or mass rdm, thats why i said "i think hes going to rdm" this is a complete new player, and haven't seen him since, i dont know if he even plays anymore, i did not tell him to rdm or break any of the rule breaks. I often help new players out give them guns, help there levels, and also tell them not to break the rules. After that situation happend, we left this guy and i did not see what he had done with the gun i gave him. i was thinking if he was going to break rules, but not telling to break rules. i had no intention to teach the player to break rules and rdm, hope i can get unbanned, as i see this as a misunderstanding as it was never meant in that way.

Also this video on the player report was like 1month ago, why didst he report me at that time why so late?

gives a gun to a newbie for mass rdm, it wasn't for mass rdm at all, it was because hes broke, and im trying to help new players out, i never once told him to go kill everyone.

I can confirm what Ace is saying, we met this medic who was asking how to play on Monolith, me and Ace mainly do Criminal Activities and wanted to help this Medic, the first thing we did was give him a gun. Then as you can see from the clip provided in the player report, you see me saying, "He is gunna roll with us". Which is what happened. We allowed him to roll with us after restart and he wasn't banned while with us. We never once told him to break rules with the weapon we gave him. We just wanted to help him get started. We let him come to our Base and do activities with us. Which even the "newbie" (as referred to in the Player Report) can vouch for.

but when people give new players guns, you just think about are they going to use it in the right way, raids or mass rdm

If you would think properly once you would not give new players free weapons out of nowhere. They don't need weapons 10 minutes after their character creation.

i dont encourage frag rp, im not rich on the server so i cant really give everyone money, i gave him a spare pistol i didn't use, the pistol was either given to him or its was just going to stay in my bank, yesterday there was a different situation, where i had spare money and i decided to give this person a radio, i help players out in many ways.

but i dont normally give everyone guns if they ask for them, i normally tell them go make there own money, tell them which jobs are good to make money if your a new player playing on the server.

i wont give another player a weapons again, i will tell them to make some money, and give them some job ideas. that was only a 1 time thing where i gave him a pistol as he asked and i had something i didn't use. if an new player comes up to me and ask me for guns, i will say no, go do the beginning missions to make there money, or simply go get a job.

You were encouraging negative behavior (fragRP). You knew what you were doing. Don't try to play this off. You had malicious intent, therefore, you were banned and will remain banned until you have served your time. Maybe next time you will think twice about trying to pull a trick like that.
