What happened: i had 3 crab masks in my inventory i equipped 1 and they all vanished out my inventory, i made a report, scottish came to me, i still had one on my head at the time (in the sit) but it didn't show in my inventory, he told me to relog to try and fix it. I came back on and i lost the one on my head too. then i made another report, brusier came along and told me he doesn't see it on my inventory/bank and told me to make a refund request and tag him and scottish.

What do you need refunded: 3 Crab Masks

I cannot confirm all the Crab Masks, I can confirm one though that I saw.

@Brusier - Said he checked and you had all three as there are no transactions logs otherwise. I will let Bruiser confirm the refund.

I can confirm this, I did a sweep of his logs and his inventory and bank, not a trace of a headcrab hat being traded, marketed, or destroyed, only one was equipped then he left, now all three are gone.
