Ban Reason: RDM
Unban Reason: The reason I was banned was for shooting a cadet. The reason I shot the cadet was because during negotiating I told the cops to not enter, because in the event I just defused the bomb and wanted to negotiate. The cadet rushed in, not rping and clearly had no intent, in a quick flash i shot him I do not recall If i told him to leave. The cadet messed up the rp of the event and I did not think about reporting because it happened so quickly. I figured we could of settled for warning points or a blacklist since this was my first offence. But I believe I should be unbanned because it was mainly the cadet's fault when he ran in, yes I did kill him but I somewhat feel it was justified.

Time of Occurrence: 6:50-7
Additional members involved/witnessing: Im not sure of the names but there was a chief and the cadet that was shot.

Wether he fail RP or not you do not RDM them. I was also told that you kept breaking RP in the event. You did blatantly RDM the cadet I watched you do it and it was not valid because you didn't have a valid reason to kill there for It is RDM.

The only time i broke rp in the event was remembering my past life and I stopped after I was warned, you guys lacked to punish the cadet that had no intention to rp when you clearly saw what happened and could of dealt with it instantly. @The JD

Yes but that still doesn't excuse the fact that you RDMed him. You should have made a report about it not cause more trouble and RDM him. This Appeal is DENNIED.
