i start playing this server after long time my friend told me a hidden location where you can farming i dont know its illegal if its ilegal i told him i apologize i dont do that again give me a warning he blacklisted me vehicle for 3days when i apologizing him i told him i never got banned before fail driving or Exploiting as i remember im playing this server since 2017 if i i got 2018 for exploiting how he counting that today ??? im sure 100% i never banned for exploiting or glitching and in video clearly i am talking him respectly when sit over then i start saying bad words in game character i use bad word not in sit not in admin sit and in video can clearly see we are talking to him he not replying everytime he saying dont waste my time dont waste my time like and im not professional ruler break Why 3 days vehicle blacklisted Why 5days ban i dont think he deserve to an admin

Sorry, I cannot really understand this post that well, however, I'll try my best to explain.

You could have received a ban for this exploit however since you guys were ramming cars into each other and trying to glitch on top of a hill (which his Fail- Driving). You were then found on top of the hill alongside your car in an inaccessible area by any other means than running a car up a hill not exactly sure how you did it. Then you were also farming on top of the hill as well.

You receive a vehicle blacklist as an alternative punishment because you used your vehicle for the glitch and you fail drove, I thought that would be better than a ban. I found it hard to believe that "your friend" just gave you the location and it clearly was a difficult spot that took multiple tries to get to but you have conveniently cut the video to the moment I have arrived. You could really clear this up if you showed the rest of the video about 5 minutes before I arrived, I'm sure would clear up the situation.

Yes that is glitching your car into an area that you are not supposed to be able to enter. So @tazdevil335 is correct in saying that this is breaking the rules. This is the rule in question: Rule 2.1.10.2

You may not boost into an area that would not be accessible by any other means than boosting.

That doesn't mean that you won't get punished for breaking the rule, just because you haven't done it before.

Nowhere does it say he can't blacklist you because you apologize. Don't get me wrong, its good that you apologized, but that doesn't free you from any punishment.

Right, so I watched the video, @tazdevil335 is clearly TP'ing and flying around. This is not possible in character, so this must mean he is out of character performing administrative duties. This fact is further proven when he grabs you with his physgun. Again, something you can't do in character which must clearly mean you are OOC, that is, out of character and NOT in RP.
Even if we look away from what I wrote above, you still had just been in a sit with him and you knew that his character wasn't there IC.

When you insult him and yell "fuck you" as seen in your video to a staff member who is performing administrative duties and is OOC, then you are insulting the staff member, not their character since none of you were in RP at the time.
This justifies the ban for staff disrespect, so again, no abuse of power that I can see.

You seem to be confused and not really understand why you were punished, hopefully what I wrote above can shed a little more light on it.
