Reason for Report: I got banned for Fear RP by Nicholas Whelson. This was after a situation where I was attempt RDM'ed by a player. That same player called me a retard and as far as I am aware Nicholas Whelson did nothing about this harassment.

Evidence to support your claim:
Nicholas Whelson banned me for what I did during this video. I pulled my shotgun out before the player threatened me or shot me. I still dont know why this player even shot me in the first place and I suspect it was RDM. The player never mugged me or had a reason to shoot me. I tried to explain to Nicholas that the server delay makes things look different to other players and I already had my gun out before I was shot but he banned me anyway. I even offered to upload this video from my perspective during the sit but he didn't want to see it.

You just proved my point you had a gun to your face and you immediately went for your gun you should of went oh crap I have a gun to my head F2 surrender, as in the video you clearly broke fearRP. You obviously didn't understand what I was telling you. not to mention "I pulled my gun before I saw a gun" Clearly lying in an admin sit as well you pulled a gun after you saw a gun in your own video.

People sometimes dont remember things exactly the way they happened. It doesn't mean I was overtly lying to you. Its just how I recalled it. I pulled the gun because I was listening to them and I could tell something was about to go down. Even though the gun was on my screen I legit did not see it and that's why I remembered it as such. Its not a lie and you don't have to be so hell bent on catching people lying that any inconsistency is them obviously trying to lie.

I showed this video to an admin during an admin sit a few days ago and I was not banned or punished at all.

I was told that I did nothing wrong in this video and that no action would be taken against me. Either this server has terribly inconsistent rules/enforcement or you are wrong that it was against the rules for me to pull my gun out.

Because by the time the gun was out and ready to fire I had time to look at my screen and see the gun and react

First off, He had no time to even say anything in the video by the time you whipped out your gun and blasted him second off he doesn't NEED a reason to mug you, he was most likely going to ask you to remove the ticket you placed on the car from the video, if you had actually roleplayed it out rather then breaking fearRP you'd of found that out your self.

He literally shot me first and your making out to seem like I just took out my shotgun and RDMed him. You are also not allowed to just go up to police with a gun and tell them to remove tickets thats obviously against server rules.

You keep saying I broke fear RP yet I did the same thing in my other video that I linked a few posts prior. The admin that handled that situation said I didnt do anything wrong. So I ask again... is this because the server rules are being applied by different admins differently, or because you yourself have misinterpreted the rules?

Michael, you seem to be lying a lot in this post. Making excuses that you didn't see such weapon and then you went back on your own point that you saw it too late and then broke Fear RP even though you said previously that you "didn't see it". There's nothing bad that Nick has done in this situation. Counter rule breaking is not permitted under any circumstances in Monolith, keep that in mind moving forward.
