Ban Reason: i went up stairs in an apartment and killed someone (false)

Relevant Evidence: no evidence it was me. admin just asked if i did it, i said no, he didnt give me proof that i did it. someone gave me a false accusation. i havent had a gun ive been on this whole server. if i have ever killed someone it would be with a car

So from the report i received someone went and attempted to lock pick a door. of an apartment. the people in the apartment open fire and shot the guy which resulted in fatal. they then noticed as they opened the door the body was gone even though there was one laying there according to their cameras. i looked at the last person they damaged and it stated you. i teleport to you and ask if you were involved and without hesitation you stated nope you did nothing wrong. So out of curiosity and since a bit had past since the report was made i asked the player if you were the last person they could have damaged. in which they stated you were the last person they damaged and killed. So i look at death logs which state you were the last person that had died. THE LOGS DO NOT LIE BUT PEOPLE DO. Unless you have reliant evidence that proves me wrong this appeal is DENIED
