Reason for Request: Continuous mingery. Aidan kept on FTVL even after shooting warning shots or pointing guns at him he decides to keep on trolling around. This is either by constantly running away under gunpoint, jumping in cars, or doing other weird stuff. It's not that it just happens 1 time by accident, but multiple times on purpose. Furthermore is Aidan an staff member, and is supposed to be following the rules at all times. This does not only make a bad image of himself, but also on other staff members and the community.

I Can Agree With this In the First Part I was the Driver of the Green GTR I helped a Officer out By Driving Towards You and You Kept Ramming my car and When they got you out the Car you was Running away From Them and this is When Dani Montreal  Came in with the Swat Van.

I also got to agree a bit with this report. You have some kind of car ramming fetish. When we were inbound towards the industrial section, you randomly kept ramming the police cars. While you weren't even involved in the situation... Then you riled others up saying I FailRPed by shooting your car, making people suspicious of me. You need to calm down with that stuff please.

1:28 - Officers blocking me 


1:48 - Didn't notice you were there, had been in a police chase not long ago so continued running


2:33 - Either my volume was low or the other person mic was quiet - should have assumed anyway and got out.


4:07 - No commands are given so I ran away. Again not the best move of myself


4:44 - Trying to pretend it was not me


6:25 - I'd say this is the main part I messed up. Avoided gun point


I have to ask about the first clip of the video. If you could highlist which part you feel is me breaking the rules. I shouted to you HELP as police officers had tried to get me to go in a Green GTR to take me to the station, for all I could have known it was fake police officers and were trying to kidnap me. At that time I had SAM, a broadcasting system on as I had a Djing slot I had to fullfill. Don't know if you are on about that? Then both officers were blocking me from getting out, 


I thought about this appeal for a long time and what my response would be. I contacted Gurrazor about it, (My message to Gurrazor)


Hi,


Last night I messed up on the server really badly, I broke rules in 1 main situation between myself and another officer, an abuse report was put on me with valid evidence of the situation. I don't know how to handle this, I badly want to stay in my position and continue working with yourself and the other staff, but I know what I did was inexcusable and will most likely result in the demotion of me, which I don't want to happen as much as I know it's most likely going to happen. I want to sort this out, as I really love my position within serverguard and Monolith. I hope we (Or more I) can resolve this, I don't know what would be the best option for this. On one hand I think I talk with the reportee and myself (With the appropriate staff present) and we can sort it out that way, on the other hand I think I should leave it for the appropriate staff to decide. I was wondering if I could have your input.

So I'm still not 100% sure on how to handle this, of course I'd apologize. But for a situation like this were I am 100% at blame and have severly messed up, it seems more appropriate to do something else, than a simple sorry. As I'd say "Actions speak louder than words". Its one of those situations I've never really experienced.


So what made me carry out my actions? I don't know, was it I was bored, probably played a part in it. Was it that I wanted to break rules? No. Its probably my inner "minginess". In other communities I cannot deny, I do enjoy police chases. 


I am ashamed in myself, I am always thinking about how seriously I take the description of my position "Enforcement of rules, creative actions to promote gameplay, supporting players, overseeing moderators." In this case, I have not carried that out. When I first saw the report I knew what it was, I've been thinking about this most of the day. I cannot say sorry enough, I am sorry. I feel like I've let down the whole staff team. Here I am probably punishing people for the same thing but yet I myself have broken these rules.


I feel like I need to make this up to you somehow. Is there anything I can do?

Aiden has breached both server rules and his expectations as a staff in a manner that is unacceptable, and we would normally demote someone fully for this. Since Aiden has been with us ever since Monolith was first announced and has proven extremely loyal, devoted and committed, we want to give him a second chance, but it won't be an easy one. Starting now, Aiden is put on probation for 2 weeks where he is expected to be regularly active on the server and show that he can interact without breaching rules. If those two weeks go by well, he will be back as an MRP Moderator (demoted one level from his current rank). This is his last chance as staff in Monolith.
