What happened: Got VDM @Major Lorne(Pmx) Told me to make a refund request.

According to the video, the guy was VDMed by the police officer and I concluded it was not intentional as the police officer had the sirens on and therefore should be in an emergency call not being able to stop in time. The refund request author did indeed lose the weapon.

Additionally the person who VDMed this guy disconnected before I could take his statement.
