Date and time of loss: Around 5pm I bought it when the server was constantly crashing 9/20/2017 Arizona Time.
What happened: I buy the super engine upgrade, server crashes, I relog to try it out and then it doesn't make my car go any faster than normal.

How much do you need refunded: 200k or a Super Upgrade that actually works for my Mustang GT.
