What happened: I wanted to buy a license plate and when purchasing the plate I used the character "ア" as my plate and was stoked to see that it worked but then when I stored it into my garage it returned to the same random license plate from before! So then I thought once you purchase the plate you can just purchase it again with no fee like the Underglow & Headlights so I decided to changed my plate cover to the same character again "ア" without money on me but instead of just changing the letters it took an ADDITIONAL 20k making me lose $40,000 for no reason!
I then decided to just make a regular license plate with regular text and it deducted another 20k from my account but it works now.
What do you need refunded: $40,000

Also shows in logs me purchasing 3 license plate covers due to bug only asking for the 2 $40,000 lost from the invalid characters.
