Ban Reason: Bug Abusing - Selling items for a dollar to make them 100% when giving people items to fix the wear.

Relevant Evidence: I just done it when giving things to friends so they wouldn't complain about it being broken, I didn't do it with bad intentions and I knew a lot of people where doing it and didn't get banned for it so I just followed and thought it was allowed.
