Admin being reported: Staff team altogether (Mostly Administrator and up)

Reason for Report: Performance is very poor for how big of a community/server this turns out to be. Every time I call a sit (for instance, a guy randomly pulls out a gun at the casino and kills me infront of the NPC's, I reported him and not a damn thing was done to him. Staff member just flew away from everything. The length of time it takes for a report to get claimed is ridiculous. Some kids type in chat sometimes sayinbg they reported someone 40 minutes ago and it still wasn't taken. Ive seen in chat, from Kn1ght that apparently an event is more important than doing your job as a staff member to help out the community to lower toxicness and rule breakers down as much as possible.

Another thing to add, a lot of you staff members are a bunch of real assholes (dont take too harsh of an offense). Not just in my occasion, overall for everyone. I was stuck in high-end mine for about 20 minutes in a rock. I asked in OOC when i am going to get teleported to, to get unstuck cause obviously im not gonna stand there for nothing for an hour and not get unstuck (/unstuck didnt work) and one of the admins teleported to me and said "Pull that shit again, you're getting blacklisted." Like okay? hop off me. Im not gonna sit here for an hour for something that takes 5 seconds to do.

How is the performance here poor? Examples, evidence? Evidence of staff flying away and not doing their part?

I do not take too kindly to you insulting our staff members, that's some big talk for someone who is reporting the entire team with no evidence. If you are not aware, this is a volunteer effort. Not a lot of us are gonna be as quick to get to a report when we get a lot of reports. I get that /unstuck did not help you, but if all our staff are busy with other situations, what do you expect?

Can I get screenshots of one of my staff members saying this? This is wrapped in quotes so this seems like you are implying this was said word-for-word.

Again, evidence? I can see that maybe Kn1ght did not get to one of your reports because he was working on an event, but typically we have staff delegated in handling reports while there is an event. And these events are not just for us to get away from doing our volunteer effort. They are here to help us give you guys at least some fun and a break from RP.
