Description of Bug / Suggestion:
The apartment instance was disabled due to players being able to equipment their weapons and fire within the instance. Temporary measure was to disable the instance and spawn players in the lobby of the apartment block.
The garage instance does not allow players to pull out their weapons or fire within the instance, the same should be applied to the apartment instance and allow them to spawn in the instance once again.
The convention centre spawn was replaced by the lobby apartment block spawn, when the apartment spawn is fixed just remove the lobby option spawn completely from the menu leaving only a total of 3 spawns (Apartment, Casino & L2 Church).
