Alright so what happend was that me, @Kapusta and @Jack Benard were raiding pd to get Jack's lsd back that a cop confiscated, we raided the PD, took it out,
As you can see at 2:29 I could hear someone talk, i went around to look a bit where he was but he wasn't there, after that i was about to leave as you can see me (2:40) going up the stairs when Kapusta ran to the other door, i thought we were going out there instead but he was just checking for the cop that talked. After that we lockpicked ourselves out the lobby, i looked around the pd for my car but i remebered a friend borrowed it, then Kapusta started shooting the cops (i think?) i let him do his thing and then the chief pulled a m4 out and killed Kapusta, i then killed the chief and went to hide at the fountain to get my car back. About the thing about us staying in the pd was because we first heard someone talk so we looked around for him, and also because i couldn't run with my m249 (even though i had stamina) after that we went to supermarket and skye brought us up to a sit where i got banned

To be completely honest it just seems like Skye is trying to get me in trouble. First he interrupts the pd raid asking for a reason, continue spectating and then banning me for killing a cop that killed my friend

I'm not sure how I faildrove, I drove away quick because i wanted to get away from the situation yeah..
The only rule I kind of broke was cop baiting(I wouldn't even say that's cop baiting)

The video clearly shows what we saw: you decided to stay in the PD lobby, shooting at police officers located at the intersection when you could have simply walked away from there and escape since there were no cops near your location. You had more than one chance to do this but instead you decided to stay (minute 3:40) as we can see on the evidence you provided.

I would understand the reason as to why you stayed as long as there were police officers around that were posing a direct threat to you. But this wasnt the case, as far as I can see. Your ban was instated due to your record. It will be reduced to 4 days.

Regarding your friend, his ban will be instated as it was supposed to as he decided to start shooting the cops at the intersection when you could have simply escaped. He will receive a 1 day ban (the original ban was 2 days).
