There's not too much to say here; you had Officers fighting each other in the back of the Police Department, calling it a "Fight Club".

Your conduct in this is unacceptable as not only a Law Enforcement Officer but as a Chief of Police. Your whitelist to Chief will be revoked, and I hope this will be enough to stop something like this from happening again. As if this happens again, you will be suspended from the whole department.
