Request Reason: Metagaming/false arrest. He literally said "Stop, we already know what you just did" Carrying a bag is not AOS. You cannot assume what is in the bag. You can stop someone and search them, with their consent, but other than that, you literally cannot assume what is a bag. It is not illegal to carry a bag on your back. Also, yes, driving a tricycle down a street is a traffic violation, which is a TICKET. Not probable cause for a search/seizure of property.
(also for some reason, my audio didn't pick up, but I was telling him it was my gym bag. I am getting another headset to fix the problem)

This situation was already dealt with in-game, and it was denied. In the future please make sure that you take the report to the forums if you do not have all the evidence on hand during the time of the incident when you made the report, or please make sure that you supply all the evidence you have at the time of the sit. Although you are correct it is not reasonable cause to pull someone over just because they have a bag on your back, and although they could not force you out of the bike because you were just driving it down the side of the road. With this situation, You are not allowed to drive a bike down the street as that is illegal, during any pullover with reasonable suspicion they could ask you what is inside of the bag that can lead to an arrest. In this case, a man driving down the side of the road in a bike after the bank was just raided / emergency state for that reason gave the officers reasonable suspicion to perform a pullover and ask what's inside of the bag.
