Banning Staff Member (@AdminName to mention the staff member): I have no idea honestly been a long time since I played.

Ban Reason: Not sure again sorry, it's been 1/2 years since I last played

Unban Reason: I'm just looking for another chance I had made many mistakes and silly actions at the time, I created havoc because of drama between me and another org my actions lead to me being banned I feel like I've changed as a person and just recently upgraded my pc so looking to get back into the games I had tons of fun with and just looking to grow in the server, I had already made tons of progress if I remember rightly, just be nice to continue and hopefully in the future bring a cool org to Monolith I have learnt my lesson and I know for sure if given the chance it won't be ruined again.

Additional members involved/witnessing: Not sure honestly (I don't think they even play anymore)

I am not sure why we should unban you. During the time you were in this community you:

• MassVDMed on multiple occasions;
• MassRDMed both while playing and in an admin sit;
• Showed no intention to roleplay and play properly, several times;
• were banned many times, for other offenses.
