Ban Reason: Disconnecting after dying.
Unban Reason: The game glitched out and the HUD removed itself after a minute of waiting in Critical Condition, I waited for around 6 more minutes and it never respawned me. People told me to reconnect and I was unaware the disconnect ban would still take affect after all that time. I have no real evidence besides me saying I couldn't respawn in LOOC and OOC.
