Right so first of, He's been following me and harrasing me since 5 PM (my time) 3 PM ( UK Time). You've been blocking my way,  you're targeting me literally half the say. I reported you once and you still come following me. I've contacted @Joux and asked him if its valid for me to point a weapon at him. i thought you might equip your gun and start shooting at me. Plus a few hours earlier about what happned you shot a friend called @HappyChineseMan101 that wanted to talk to you about following use every where . You decided to shoot him and proceed to continue stalking me. I took out my gun and killed you. After your death you called me a {WORD CENSORED}. If you have that video please proceeed to upload it. Upload the part where you keep following me and the PM you sent me. I told you to leave me alone twice and you haven't. so if you have a problem with this you can reply back

This just shows it wasn't a "classic race", however, I do not see a reason to actually kill @Bryson. Bryson, I'd like the video from when you first encountered them up the beginning of this so-called "race" if that's possible.

Be careful with how you use your words. Driving my car around town and I happened to encounter you and harrasing you are two very different things. Everything you just said still gives you no reason to kill me. And I would like to see this video of me calling you a rasical slur. I don't follow you because I don't care about you.

That was the beginning of my encounter with the player. I pulled Into the tunnel and saw someone was parked so I was going to see what was going on. I didn't even realize it was DAR UMAH until he spoke.

I understand and can see that, but that's only the video title. We're focusing on what actually happened from the start to the end. If he was 'stalking' you then as the first course of action, you should've driven around a bit and if he continued to follow you then call the police. If that fails/no police end up coming you could feel endangered and then it's a valid reason to point a gun and threaten him if he continues to follow.

If it was in OOC or in an OOC situation then he'll receive a punishment accordingly to do with that. However, if it were IC if you felt uncomfortable please do notify him. If he fails to stop then report him. In general, it shouldn't have been said and should be kept to private conversations in a secluded area. 


For now, I'd like more of an insight into this situation before I come to a verdict.

I never intentionally tried to hit you, it's Garry's mod, and driving with 100+ ping is not easy. 

You shouldn't be driving if you can't handle the ping and you end up fail driving cuz of your ping.

The clip @DAR_UMAH ◢ ◤ posted, i can hear the "N" word at the very end at the clip, it is hard to hear but if you rly listen carefully you can hear it rigth before the clip ends.
Also i hear you say it alot IC all the time, that is what that is, cuz that is in RP, but here you are dead so i would assume that as OOC.

I was never fail driving that is the thing, there is no proof of me fail driving. 


Please stop bringing up the "n word" on this thread, I already asked to keep this on topic from now on. If he would like he should make a ban request against me, but this is not the place to do so.

Right, i realized i was talking to @Gurrazor about this last time,  i tried to mug him he had the pedal ready to go back and take out a gun. So the same situation that happened to gurrazor went onto you. You reversed and had a chance to shoot back at me. I thought you had a gun ready on you but i didnt thought you had this whole time. So if it bothers you fine. We can get over this because we're making this a bug deal. Now if your going to continue its fine by me, If you want to stop this drama all of us can stop talking about this, get over with it and move on. Its just a game part of this is kinda my fault to make this into a big deal.
