Unban Reason: This is my final appeal and if it gets denied I'll just sit the rest of it out. Now I waited a month since my last appeal and I do feel I started off on the wrong hand, I made a snarky appeal because I was fed up with the "Injustice" of the entire situation. I hope you guys understand since I've seen a Mass RDM get less time banned than I got for one RDM. If anything it would be awesome if I got to talk to the SA or the person that approved the two month on this ban since I didn't get to give my two cents in that sit before conclusions were rushed to on discord. I regret my actions and now I am enlightened because of this situation to the rules at hand. Nevertheless, I understand that I was in the wrong on this one and I appreciate you taking your time to read this appeal. You may ask "Why should we unban you?" Well I answer that I can assure you that a situation like this will never happen again because I will make it my utmost priority to make sure that whenever a police officer is taking one of my friends into custody at gunpoint, I will make sure they are either in the same org or freq as me.



Edit: I do realize the time given was because of priors and I fully acknowledge that,but I feel it was a bit excessive for an honest mistake that I profusely apologized for and tried to be respectful as possible in the admin sit. Considering that I wanted to compensate the officer that I wronged with some form of monetary incentive as well as an apology.

im guessing the previous punishments you received were not enough for you to make following our rules your utmost priority?

punishment time assessed by our staff is up to their discretion. this is including any previous priors you might have had, your behavior in the sit, and also how and what you did. according to the situation, including why this got approved, you defended someone with no clear ties to you until it is mentioned in the sit / appeal they are your friend. apparently you just met this guy and the officer had a gun out near him. that does not allow you to kill.

not only that but according to the same staff member who approved your ban time, you said "you get away with it anyways" so yeah, i think you earned your punishment time. and there will be no releasing off it early.

so yeah, returning to the first quote, how you will make this your "utmost priority" to follow our rules, i would suggest following through with those words.
