Ban Reason: "Staff Disrespect"
Unban Reason: I requested a sit because I was rdmed by a user. The admin who took the sit was unclear on how to check logs and extremely untrained and unaware on how to handle a sit. He countless grabbed the player who rdmed me and shook him in the air with his phys-gun and froze him away from the sit. The user had to be around the ages of "8-10" and was trying to explain his situation. When it comes down to it he rdmed me because my friend ran over a officer in the middle of the road and because i was "affiliated with him" I was also shot. The admin glanced over the logs and had 0 situational awareness. When I asked him to bring the kid back he told me not to be disrespectful, to which I replied to just warn me now because it was obvious this man had deep sensitive issue i could not comply with. Once I explained to the admin I just got online, and the kid was just shooting me because he thought we were friends, the admin requested a video from my friend. To which I replied NVM due to the fact that it crashed his game. I asked to be returned and the admin refused. I had to go AFK and I knew my friend would be unable to upload the video. The admin said " I will not return you unless you know the situation" my friend said we understand you can not do anything thank you can we be returned. the admin was clearly trying to submit his dominance by spam physguning us. Once we requested him to stop moving us, he did it even more at a higher rate. We asked him why he feels the need to physgun us when we asked to leave a sit I CALLED and he said "because I can". If this does not show immaturity and extreme power hungry beta male progression I don't know what does. I asked him multitude of times if he can return us because of his mental/physical unavailability to handle the sit, to where he raised his voice and shouted uncontrollably. I chose to hold my toxicity in and did not make fun of him but he was still physguning us around. I then asked him to stop again and he was mute. I am unsure of how long this went on, but I clearly made it know that I was not need of his assistance anylonger and that the sit I REQUESTED was terminated. He ignored me and then continuously physguned us talked over us, his justification once again was "because I can." I attempted to tell the admin that this is probably why you are only mod, to which he responded to using strong amounts of emotions and no rationality. I was aware that the moderator handling the sit was around the age of 12 and most likely entering the prepubescent stage of his life, which generally not a good trait to be an administrator of any form of company/server/ect. I was genuinely worried for me and my colleague's state on the server, due to the fact that the admin couldn't control his temper and was getting extremely anxious. I believe i asked him to calm down because he was getting kind of mad/salty. To which he responded by not talking/or typing, then physguning me believe it or not. Then he began typing and gave me a Three Day Ban for admin disrespect. If @friskiemar found me insulting in some manor or just young and sensitive, I deeply apologize. Im sure you probably where embarrassed and unsure on how to handle the sit, which is probably why you banned me and did not think of the repercussions that fall on your behalf. I sure you are a great mod and you just had a bad day, or just were not thinking straight. With a bit more mentorship, and some years to grow I am sure you could follow in the foot steps of one of the great @Gurrazor @Kent @PMX @Tristan
