Banned for mingeing, pulled into the discord to be explained to what was going on. Never robbed anybody or killed anybody, so I really do not know how I was mingeing in this situation. I was in his (Cho Nima's) car, unarmed, the entire time without hopping out. I didn't see any evidence to my ban and apparently we were robbing some Shawn person (which again, I did not have a weapon). I don't see how a 4 week ban is applicable to sitting as a passenger in a car. Raided his house 2 hours prior to Cho robbing him.

All in all, I don't see why I would be banned here, especially for 4 weeks. The only "mingeing" I did was message whiteblood to put a TV on our car back because somebody picked it up. I wasn't harassing anybody. As for cop baiting, I wasn't the driver of the vehicle. I'm not here to break any rules, I have been a member of Monolith for a while now, and do not see why I deserve a 4 week ban, as I am still confused by the reasoning behind it.

Listen, I am going to explain it one more time...

We had multiple problems, with you and another player and basically you were specifically targeting the player and practically bullying him. This is not allowed in any case, and when you guys were warned to leave him alone, You didn't leave him alone and targeted him again but in a different way. You practically ignored us and claimed all of this harassment of shawn was in character.

I just want to make this very clear, Specifically targeting a player is not allowed and bullying and you scare away a lot of the new players if you do this to them even if this player wasn't new you should not do it at all.

As for my side, I had one instance with you, where I was swat and you fired upon somebody and killed them and hit me and a few other officers, past that we tried to follow you with one officer having his lights on although he did not know how to drive he was attempting to follow you, I then looked back and saw you both deposited your rifles after this incident occurred and you explained to me that you didn't think you were followed. I reasoned with you because this was a shit show with the police department and was a miscommunication on both parts. So, I gave you the benefit of the doubt.

As for the others, You have been pretty much police baiting the same way, by attacking somebody and trying to get the police to follow you, and try to just constantly cause chaos and honestly, we got sick and tired of the shit you were pulling. You were also reported by two others for mugging them over and over repeatedly. This is not also okay, The three admins involved in this Me, Whiteblood, and aaron all think this is an appropriate ban.

You also stated "Never robbed anybody or killed anybody" when you even SHOT me, and I just explained that you guys killed somebody in the bank in front of me. You just straight up lied. You also just stated in your same sentence, we were robbing some Shawn person, But if you didn't rob anyone, you wouldn't be able to state that you did not have a weapon.

Bottom line is, We all viewed you as just creating a minge environment and not making it fun for the players involved, if anything you just constantly made their experience worse, and that is just not allowed in any situation here at Monolith.
