Ban Reason: mic spamming (2 offences) 1st: I was running around playing "I Ran (So Far Away) ~ A Flock Of Seagulls" which is a lovely song if you want to give it a listen link is (Refer to ) and was told to stop by him. I understand I shoudn't have been doing that so i immediately stopped. 2nd: Me and my friend were doing donuts in the parking lot jamming and i was playing some hoodrat shit through my mic and i stopped when my friend's friend hopped out the car to rob me because i was talking shit. Then the cops pull up at the prefect time and im laughing at him and then the admin teleports me to a sit and we talk for a bit i try explaining as best as i can but i end up being banned for a day. To clear everything up I was only playing the music when we were doing donuts.

Unban Reason: I apologize i shoudn't have been running around mic spamming. I really really like this server because its unique and the community here is different, genuine, and funny than any other gmod darkrp server. I have a question about the second offence, lets be real the radio stations that are originally on the radio arent too fire frfr. So I like to see it as a custom radio that i listen to when i play music in my car. That will be the only time that i will play music is when im in my car and I wont abuse it. If anyone were to talk to me I would turn it off immediately and if someone doesnt wanna hear my music I can either drive away or turn it off. I've talked about this with the admin @Tristan and he didnt mind the idea aslong as i didnt abuse it and I won't. Thanks for reading through my terrible grammar, Blocka Blocka out!

I've talked about this with the admin @Tristan and he didnt mind the idea aslong as i didnt abuse it and I won't.

I remember talking to you, but I did not say it was ok to micspam. The whole reason I talked to you in the first place was because I heard you mic spamming. I let you go with a verbal warning and said I understood you were trying to RP like you were playing loud music in your car, but I did not mean that as a pass for you to break the rules in the future. I'm sorry if it was interpreted in that way.

The rule states: "

1. You may not spam in any way and form. This includes, but is not limited to, in-game chat, voice chat and in-game commands.

"

I don't know what you were doing to be talked to twice in-game but in my eyes you should have stopped after the first time. Please don't play music through your mic anymore. Friskie will handle his ban appeal from here.
