Ban Reason: RDM in a sit and "no intent to follow server rules"
Unban Reason: So i was reported for going into my garage mid police chase and changing cars. i thought it was allowed as the rule says i cant hide in there but says nothing about switching cars. anyway scottish says i will be receiving 2 warning points which would have console banned me, at that point the reporting party starts laughing and dancing and really just being a douche in the sit which really annoyed me and got to me so i pulled out my gun and shot him in the head in my anger. it was a stupid thing to do and i knew that it would get me a ban but i think a month is really too much for what i did. Im sorry for angering Scottish by rdming in a sit.

In regards to your Ban Appeal @Credence ,

You were banned for one month for "No intent to follow server rules - Unacceptable Behaviour". - Which I agree is an extensive punishment but your actions have consequences and I issued the punishment based on the following server rules violated inline with your punishment history but also the current situation in which ensued:

• 1.3 - Do not take matters into your own hands. The staff is here for a reason. Their decisions are final. Do not disrespect or test their patience. Take it to the appropriate forum board if required.
• 2.2.11 - You may not hide from an opposing party in your garage if they are actively chasing or looking for you.

In the SIT that took place in which I was the staff member, I did not hear the user laughing or trying to antagonise you whilst you stood there and started to be disrespectful towards myself on discovery on my decision made, one of the disrespectful things you were saying was "Is this giving you a raging boner for this" which is immature; your attitude and behaviour in this situation were of no assistance, you of course then decided to kill the user whilst in the SIT which is unacceptable.

You as a player, with a fairly extensive punishment history, should know the right from wrong, especially when you start to disrespect the staff member dealing with the situation. I can understand that anger can get the best of people in times, but your actions and behaviour had no assistance towards this situation and therefore made it worse.

Your ban will be reduced to Two Weeks for the following rule violations above, take this time to have a break from Monolith and reform.
