Relevant Evidence: First of all, I was the raiding the house where I supposedly RDM'ed the 2 people. First off me and my group were raiding this house and we successfully lock-picked in and 2 people were in a room with a open door and were sitting on furniture. We told them to get off the furniture and surrender. They did, I gagged them and took their comm's. When I took Jared's (Person I supposedly RDM'ed) comm's and gagged him he made a sound with his mouth close to his mouth and really sounded annoying so I shot him until he was dead. I could not tell that he was making a muffled sound as if he was gagged because I was in a room across him and all I heard was an annoying sound coming from Jared. For the other person I saw him trying to type when I had taken his comm's so I warned him and said " No No No Stop! Type again and I'll kill you ." I was watching the front door of the house from the top floor because cops were outside and swarming the house. I turned over to the room where he was and his hand was at his ear again (Signaling that he was typing). I shot him dead and then continued to watch the front door. After that it was just me and some friends defending the base we raided from cops.
