Relevant Evidence: Larry Gibbons told me that to be able to use my radio around other players that would involve me interacting with them would mean I would have to use /me Uses radio, otherwise it is considered powergaming which is a bannable offense. I disagree with the fact that it's powergaming since it's entirely possible to speak through a radio after being tased. It does not break RP, nor does it allow me to abuse any other powers to break RP otherwise. Powergaming would be using unrealistic abilities that would not be found in game, such as /me Strangles cop, or /me Is not actually dead (if found downed by another player). Using the radio provides audio and cues that you are actually using a radio, such as the sound of radio chatter when holding the B button.

You are incorrect to assume that. Powergaming is doing anything which gives an unfair advantage to your direct opponent that would otherwise prove to be unrealistic. When you got up from the taser, you immediately called for backup on the radio, in doing so, endangering the lives of the officers.

The problem with that, it is that you failed to use a /me command to use your radio, which you would not have been able to do in that situation because you were surrounded by officers, therefore, talking in your radio period would have been powergaming.

This has been discussed by myself, Aaron and Whiteblood and we all agree that this constitutes as powergaming. You were in a situation where it was not realistic to call for backup but you chose to do so regardless, therefore breaking the rule.

The ban will remain. Denied.
