It's quite a long story of me and my friends trying to get a weapon license from the chief of police who is always on when I am (daevy). For some reason he will never accept my requests for weapon licenses at any point or time, I sent him 2 or 3 IM's politely asking for a weapons license. After not receiving any response I became frustrated, and seeked him out for myself, finally to get within reach of him and have 5 cops point guns at me. I get to him again and he tells me dismissively he will not help me go to the mayor. I try to pm the newly elected who never once visited his office or replied to PM's either. It was at least an hour and half of my time to get a gun license from the mayor requiring 2 admin interventions from TangO. We have officers lead us into the PD where the mayor was held up to request our license. We run into none other than Daevy or again, proceeds to aim guns in our faces while under police escort. I was blocked from leaving and even tasered four times while Daevy yelled at me. I finally get a weapons license from him during and admin sit and at this point were extremely frustrated so attempt to kill the mayor. The mayor elevator glitches us and called for backup requiring another intervention from TangO leading to that mayor being banned through recorded evidence. We are dragged away and put into prison for 25 minutes for attempted murder.
I'm extremely frustrated at this point by the minging mayor and the chief of police's complete disregard for myself and who was already quick at work harassing another of my friends in a cell for an unrelated incident. During an admin sit with TangO about submitted recorded evidence, I heard davey's voice speaking beneath us, and asked if we could go elsewhere as I was sick of him at this point and said something along the lines of "I'd rather sit in prison than sit here and listen to Davey's f***ing, I can't stand him." Davey proceeded to shoot me through the roof somehow and I was moved. Space cowboy came along and I explained the situation to him who responded with "that's cool" and banned me for a week.
I've played on this server off and on for months and have supported the development here by donating and helping administrators remove hackers. I enjoy the community here and play with many friends I have met on monolith on other games as well. I understand I blatantly disrespected a senior administrator and I do seriously apologize to Davey for my actions and hot temper, I hope you will not hold this against me. I have recently just got back into Gmod and this is the only server I really enjoy to play on. I have not had any issues with disrespecting any staff members my entire time here on Monolith. I know what I said cannot be tolerated but I feel a week ban is a hefty punishment as I did not receive any warning or have a chance to apologize to davey or make clear why I was so upset to him. I was just banned after I said what I had to say to Space Cowboy and that makes me look like a major douchebag. Again I am sorry and I will refrain from these actions in the future.
Maybe @Tango weigh in on the situation, who followed my case with the mayor constantly and understood I was genuinely frusterated. Thanks for your guys time to read this.
