Relevant Evidence: I was framed and was told by an admin to do so.

Dear Admins, I have been recently banned for 5 days for VDM. Vehicle deathmatch. While I do accept the responsibility of the ban, I would like to give a few facts in this situation. 1. A man with a physics gun dared me to people who were rdming constantly. I did this because I asked him if this leads me to any kind of trouble. Since there is an unrecognized mechanic. I could not figure out who it was that said this to me. So i did. One time. Then another person in the vehicle was driving in a different situation called Deon White who ran over a few of them. This is what happened. He ran them over and then said it was me Greg Harrington who killed them. I know this because we are in a discord call. So I have been banned for a fair reason but I believe for a time that I do wish could be decreased. I have been told that I would not get in any trouble by an admin and I have been framed. Please admins as this has been my first offense could I get a decrease in time as I fully and humbly accept the consequences of my actions but I do find it to be a bit too far. If i did have more evidence i would. Please I hope this ban could be appealed and i will respond to any questions that you may have. Thank you and have a good day. P.S. OK so i saw the video that included me. So basically I was told by an admin to do so. I asked him what my consequences would be and he said youll be fine. I know he was rather an admin or moderator because he had a physics gun. Also the people in the video were massively rdming people and threatening me for fixing others car. One of them everybody put your hands up and then shot someone. Also after the incident killed a player named Enemy Intel just for stabilizing someone and forgetting to heal them. They are acting innocent in a matter where they cry if they get killed unfairly. I do not have evidence from a video but if you were to ask Enemy Intel if they did kill him for reviving someone he would definitively tell you yes. @Skye

Ok so this guy literally allowed us to use his car for the use in order. He said its fine to use it. We didn't use it generally for vdm as I see how cancer it is but we justified it with people who were rdming. The guy recording killed many of us and the group in suspect were killing people in the gas station for tiny stuff. Hans gave permission as Big Titty {WORD CENSORED} and Enemy Intel can tell you. The group were rdming. They were the ones who shot Enemy Intel just for stabilizing them. He allowed us to use his red supra. I understand what I have done and I want to say im sorry for those ive offended in the action of vdming as others are trying to have fun. But i dont think there is any justification in doing something that is against the rules of the server and then reporting others because they ruin your rule breaking time. Listen, @Skye the case as in the rules is to not killing people without valid reason. They were killing people and sitting there at the gas station. We had a valid reason as they were violently threatining us and persisting with shooting others. As guns were hard to grab. We asked Hans for the car and he said sure. I just want to please as for my ban to be shortened as I still understand running over people isnt the way. But now that I have researched into the rules its fine that I killed them as they were rdming people. The blood on the walls of the first vid was one of them yelling "Everybody put your fucking hands up!" And then shooting someone the next second. Again, sorry for no vid but I think the irony speaks for its self. Please I don't want to act all butthurt but I dont think its reasonable for people to be hypocrites and crying once they get hurt. Every player above lv 15 (or higher I'm not totally sure) has a physgun for roleplay purposes. You can recognize staff by their nametag, it will say "Staff on duty". I want you to know that impersonating a staff member is against the rules and will be punished severely, next time you can make a report if you dont trust it.

I did this because I asked him if this leads me to any kind of trouble.

You should know the rules yourself and shouldn't do everything some random guy says since it may really well go against our server rules.
You are responsible for your own actions, not the guy who told you to do it.

Once again I want to emphasize that it most likely wasnt a staff member who told you to do so, but just a player with a physgun.

If they were indeed criminal and a danger to your life you would have a reason to kill them yes, but never with your car.
Your car should not be used as a weapon but as means of transport, as you probably know now since you read the rules.

Counter rule-breaking is also against the rules. Just because someone is breaking rules doesnt justify you breaking the rules. Next time, please make a report or record it and take it to the forums. Staff will handle it and this way you will stay out of trouble.


With that said, I do believe you are really sorry and did learn from your mistake. I'll lower your ban to a day from now, take that day to read the rules again and to take in what I said.
