There was a guy saying: "Is the Subaru BRZ or BMW M3 E30 Better"? BRZ is 100k and everyone knows its complete shit, and E30 is 1.5 mil rally sport car so you can literally tell which car is better. I PM'ed him: "are you dumb, BRZ is 100k and E30 is 1.5 mil, how do you think". He said: "chill dude, i also don't have money for those xd".
Basically we started talking about cars, that he is dumb and stuff he called me toxic etc. Then i started explaining him like how can he not understand that. Then i started disrespecting him(are you dumb, jesus fucking crizt how can you not understand etc) and told him that PM is used for OUT OF CHARACTER private messages. I haven't seen a single fucking rule or a staff member told me that PM disrespect or racism is still counted as in-character. So i tried explaining him about PM and said "{WORD CENSORED} you are so dumb". Then we kinda chilled out and stopped messaging. I finished my Gun Order, placed all at bank and @mclovin asked me if he can take me to a sit. The guy sent all the PM messages with pics (which i don't have) and explained me that PM is still counted as character/server and all rules still count even between a private discussion between 2 players. He checked my history and i had about 2-3 racism bans/warns, harassment, disrespect and bad stuff past all time i played on mono(about 11 months). I also had 13 warnings so 14th one would still be 18 hour ban. That's how it all was.
The reason i got banned is because none of the staff told me, and i haven't seen a rule that disrespect, harassment or racism is still not allowed in PM.
Before i was playing, for doing RDM/VDM/NLR or basic stuff you get a warning. For Racism, you needed to do it 3 times in order to get a 1-2 week ban for it. Before i wasn't breaking rules much only at the very-start or when i got pissed off and bored in summer. Now that staff are serious af and giving 3 week bans for RDM 2 times is so fucked. I tried to play nicely and not get problems but its fucking impossible now.
I want my ban at-least shortened. I was supposed to get like a week ban, for saying "{WORD CENSORED}" in PM to only 1 person OOC, disrespecting him because he's dumb and stuff. But checking at my past warns/bans that i received punishment for, and adding extra 3 weeks because of my previous problems that were already sorted is not fucking fair.
Got back into mono and on first week get fucking banned..........
